The Henckels Twin Professional S 10 Piece Knife Block Set come with a a 5 inch hollow edged Santoku knife, 4 inch pairing knife and 5 inch serated utility knife, a 5.5 inch boning knife a 6 inch utility cooks knife an 8 inch Chef’s knife an 8 inch bread knife a pair of kitchen shears a sharpening steel and hardwood block.

Seriously this is one of the best presents I have ever received. All the knives are very sharp and keep their edges forever.

I have cut myself a few times but as these are super sharp knives the cut has always been clean and heals really easily. I can’t believe that I used such inferior knives before.

Having a great set of Knives like the Henckels Twin Professional S 10 Piece Knife Block Set is fantastic. I highly recommend this as a christmas present or a gift for someone you know that likes cooking. These are by far some of the best knives I have ever used. I feel like a real chef!
